Wind Gods favoured the second day of the Yachting Malta BSC International Regatta more than yesterday with the ILCA and Optimist Senior fleets managing to fit in three races.
The Novice fleet managed four races.
Action continues tomorrow Saturday 12th February at 1000hrs
Light winds were the order of the day during the opening event of the Yachting Malta BSC International Regatta.
Both the Optimist and ILCA fleets managed to fit in one race today, with Artis Kristers Graudums (LAT 138) winning the Optimist Seniors and Katrina Briffa (MLT 259) winning the Novice Class.
On the ILCA course Benjamin Vassallo and Matthew Flores won ILCA 4 and ILCA 6 races respectively.
Trophée Bailli de Suffren epitomises classic sailing, history and beautiful Mediterranean locations. No better way for the fleet to end this race in Malta.
Yachting Malta welcomed the fleet and looks forward to hosting it very soon next year!
